Just had a smiple oil change with tire rotation and nothing else. But, two days later my tire went flat on the freeway. What ever they did to my tire they wanted $230. To fix what wasn't broken until they tried to push air into my tire.. unhappy with that service.

The car description did not match the pictures. (They were different colors.) When I asked for clarification, I couldn't get a reply... Nor find out if this one was still available. Only an offer to buy something else. Dodging these simple questions made me distrust this dealer.

I met with Scott on 2 separate instances regarding fuel pump issues . I commend them for fixing another companies mistakes but the day after er I picked up the car from service, I told Scott the car still was not driving right and I was concerned especially since we were driving to Houston Texas days later. Scott assured me that nothing was wrong so we got on the road, unknown to me that my mass air sensor was bad and by the grace of GOD we made it in spite of, being told nothing when it was.

HORRIBLE!!! I was sold a used car with an old faulty battery that caused my starter to be defective within 9 days of purchase. I had it towed back to Nissan only to be towed wait 30 days until your warranty kicks in or pay $900+. Horrible horrible horrible experience!!! Made buying my first car MISERABLE!!!!

I wish my service advisor Phil would have been more attentive. I had to wait about 10 minutes to even get his attention upon arrival. When he updated me on my car issue instead of just raising his hands up in the air saying we don't do that he could have been a little more customer service oriented and offered some options of where I could go for a follow up. They didnt fix the issue I was having and essentially told me its not an issue at all. Now the warning light is back on just a few weeks later.

I felt like I was overcharged, $500 for changing filters and rotating tires. I was very upset. They take advantage of women there alone I felt.
