Was told I needed a new tire because of a nail, had them replace it just to find out months later when I brought it to another Nissan dealership that they put the wrong size on which directly caused a new problem related to the AWD. I spoke with him 3 separate times on the phone in addition to him speaking with the manager at the Nissan dealership that my car was at that found the issue directly related to the service your service center provided. In fact he said he had the director of ABC Nissan in the room with him but neglected to give a name of said director nor did the “director” say a single word on the call. ABC Nissan was disappointing, but quite laughable. ABC Nissan was disappointing, but quite laughable. Tried charging me 17.9% with a 662 credit score. ABC Nissan are the Alphabets of Dealerships. They were Super nice, until I told them No, then they wouldn't give me my Credit Score paperwork, so I sent my daughter in to get it. LOL We have it! Salesmen Deluxe at ABC of the worst kind, aka Thiefs. Do business with these yahoos, owned by Berkshire-Hathoway, at your own peril.

So I bought a 2020 camaro and they rang the bell and said I was approved and congrats. 1 week later they come back and tell me I need to put 1000 more down after they said the deal was done. Terrible Experience Stay clear of this dealership. Their sales team is terrible! We did not even make it home and our taillight went out, it was weeks of calls/emails before they would fix it. They said they fixed the grill and it was botched fix that took weeks to have a new one ordered and installed. No one returns calls or cares about customer service or respect at that.
