Dealer lied to me and told me my vehicle was a 4WD when in fact it wasn't. He even showed me another VIN on his personal phone that was a 4WD. He was lying to me left and right to try to close this vehicle. Don't trust these people at all.
Unbelievable terrible customer service! My 25 year old son has been saving for quite some time to get a truck. He knew what he was looking for and one just happened to pop up on their site. He emailed and of course no one responded. He then called them and explained to them that he was in Prescott valley they then set up and appointment with him for the very next day at 5. Service guys are great. Shoutout to Nick. However people who sold us the car promised that they'll get our windshield fixed for free at later times because they have to order it. We bought our 2019 Altima in January 2022 with cracked windshield. Since then we've been calling them for three months about the fix and they would just switch us from person to person. I got rear-ended and my insurance company selected this shop to complete the repairs. They may be the slowest auto shop on earth. The repairs were minor enough that no new parts were required to be ordered, yet the lack of urgency and incentive from the repair shop meant that I was forced to go without my car for over 30 days - for relatively minor rear fender damage! This place only likes to waste your time and it's not good at selling cars. They wasted my time for an entire day giving me false promises on trade-in values for my car making me takeoff work to try to make a deal that was never going to happen. Chase is a piece of shit salesmen. They just plain don't know how to sell cars theyre disrespectful and there's zero quality work and I will be contacting corporate. If I could give negative fucking stars I would.
Add these assholes to the likes of Midway Nissan. We set an appointment and drive 50 miles to see a specific car only to be lied to repeatedly. When we got there we were told the car we wanted to see was sold earlier that day. Prior to that we were told the car was pulled from the lot specifically for us to see. So how was it sold if it was pulled?? Worst service! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! just purchased a vehicle and next day found out car has mechanical issues, sales manager did not come out once to speak with me to resolve issue. Went up to dealer 3 days right after purchasing and then advised we would have to do a trade in instead of returning the car and making it right. WORST SERVICE EVER.
Will never by from Nissan again. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue and within 5K miles the transmission went out. Went to ABC Nissan to have it looked as I thought it was under warranty. Nope. Warranty had expired and ABC Nissan wants 5.7K, when my mechanic can do the same thing for 4.3K. ABC Nissan claims it is the only who can program the transmission, so I would have to have the car towed there and pay for the programming, but my mechanic can do it as well. So why 1400 more?
