STAY AWAY!!!!!! I went to ABC Nissan to look at a car that I liked and found on-line. I test drove the car and liked it and went ahead and made a deal for the car and also traded in my car and made a cash deal. Before the deal I made some request during the sale of the car which where very simple to meet, and the Manager said that would not be a problem. I bought my car a month ago and just found out this past week that they put the wrong license plates on my car. I am very frustrated by this situation, they put someone else's paper work in my car with their personal information... name and address ect. It's upsetting because I asked to speak to someone higher up and they told me someone would call me it's been a few days now and nothing. I haven't received my licenses plate, I haven't received anything.
This was by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Herb, the sales manager at ABC Nissan, attempted a classic bait-and-switch during a used car sale. He was fully aware of the exact amount we were willing to pay--no more--and initially agreed, saying he just needed to confirm with the owner (on a Friday night, no less... for a used vehicle? The absolute worst. This dealership tried going behind backs to change contract and tried signing my little brother a 18 year old kid at 29% interest rate. Yes you read that correctly. The managers in this dealership have absolutely no heart. 16k to 24k is what they tried doing to my little brother. my brother agreed to a contract stating we trade in a older vehicle, now both parties agreed to this. Imagine buying a car, making a 6 year commitment, only to discover a few days later, serious carpet damage purposely hidden under the front right floor mat kept from the buyer's view at the time of the purchase. Be sure to look under the mat when buying a pre-owned vehicle, they never mentioned, that the car had been in a previous accident until I was unfortunately hit by a car a few years later. My daughter has reached out to Bear and others she was told to reach out to and no response. Has texts to prove. Also shouldn't all that be done prior to letting her drive off the lot ? This is almost two weeks later and you're asking for the vehicle back. I've had to reach out on FB, Instagram and Yelp to even get a response. Absolute worst customer service in their service department of any auto shop I've ever been to. Each time I book or try to book an appointment. Took my car in last visit to pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale and had a great experience. Made the mistake of returning to ABC Nissan in Phoenix and once again let down. This is the worse dealership I've been to , they made my sister sign all the paperwork , gave the down payment, and said everything was good and told us to come back the next day so they can give her the car because it was missing a "sensor" couple of days pass by and we called no answer we went and said she didn't got "approved " even tho she has good credit score! This is so pathetic and very unprofessional the girl who helped us was Cam she couldn't even looked at us she's so pathetic.
