I visited over the weekend April 6. I was greeted by a wonderful salesman (Congolese), we made small talk over the African continent. He got some information. I had my own financing. I had a negative experience w/ ABC Nissan. I came in to test drive a car and the salesperson asked me if I wanted to talk numbers. I stated no as I simply wanted to see how the car drove. She checked with her manager and they stated I couldn't test drive the car. What kind of dealership doesn't let polite customers test drive their vehicles? I feel I was rushed.. I was only given certain options and every time I asked a question I got a rushed answer. The man was literally like ok do you like this one or this one and then when I'd say oh what about this one he would say no how about these two.. I couldn't even really look. This dealership was all good at the beginning BEFORE key word BEFORE I bought the vehicle, afterwards they don't care about you! Trust me when I say that. I purchased a used vehicle and it had a dent and the front bumper was lifted off a little and they agreed to fix it. This dealership has already taken (stolen) nearly $3,300 from my 86 year old father, a Navy veteran. First, $2,500 for broken engine mounts; then lo and behold $800, yes, $800 to repair THREE power steering hoses that SUDDENLY leaked profusely AFTER picking up the car AFTER the $2,400 repair. And guess what? It's STILL leaking power steering fluid and who knows what else from my father's 2009 Altima which NEVER leaked ANY FLUIDS or oil before these two trips to ABC. I learned last week that ABC Nissan forged my name on documents for a different (24 month) service agreement versus the lease wear and tear 36-month agreement that I purchased. I retained the documents I signed to prove it to them, yet, their newest GM, Tim Beyer, and Finance Mgr, Lorenzo Ramos, ignored the proof and didn't so much as reply to my emails (perhaps they're aware of their dealership forgery practices or why wouldn't they correct the matter?). The only reason I'm leaving one star is because I have to, ABC Nissan doesn't deserve any stars though. This place is a joke! We called and verified that the vehicle they have advertised on their website was available to come look at and test drive. I would not even give them a star, but you have to write this message. I've been with ABC since 1997 bought 11 vehicles. I brought a vehicle there yesterday. And they would not work on it because it hat something inside that didn't like. So they had me go pick it up now. I'm down over $250 for 2 ways of bringing this car and now I have to bring it to another dealer. Hope to never go here again. I would go to Walmart first before I ever went to this dump.
