Worst dealership ever. They completely screw you over and watch out because they add maintenance contracts for $3500 onto your contract without telling you which is about $100 a month extra in payment. They also DO NOT send you the contracts after you buy the car - which is completely wrong. Months later you have to ask for the contracts after they already screwed you over. Terrible experience in the service department. Wasted 5 hours for a simple AC repair (expansion valve). To make a long story short the repair was never completed.
Anyone, and I mean EVERYONE. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time with abc nissan phx. They have been nothing but fishy and scams from the beginning. I put down a down payment without even seeing the car first. Online price was $14k. When the sales man brought it to me, the car had a $16k price on the window. When it came down to finalizing paperwork, it went to $28k and the sales man said "the online price isn't the exact price, it is a price to get people in, the price is different in store" made no sense to me. Found a Nissan Versa listed online at 17.8k, called to run a couple numbers and was given the classic "I dunno who did that or how it got listed like that or what corporate is doing" but for those were looking at closer to 22k. The one listed was a CVT and they told me only the manuals would be around that price. The car has been their lot over 90 days so the idea they're still trying to bait and switch is kind of wild. Alright so I am a mechanic and I come here pretty regularly. I always find myself here because of a purchase for a customers cvt transmission because they go bad on either their Sentra, Rogue, Altima, or Versa lmaooo anyway my review is more so on the parts department. I would recommend the Nissan Avondale any day better prices, deals, and mainly services!! ABC Nissan lie about having the specific model of car you are looking for and will waste your time trying to sell you something else rather than simply being honest. Jon the sales manager here was extremely nice when I call drove 4 hours in he wrote up deal for me told me he could change when I pulled in changed the deal completely on me when I got here completely wasting my time and gas don't make false promises to your client's ridiculous waste of time please don't waste your time buying from them
I found the car of my dreams posted on OfferUp. The listing showed that the car was for sale at ABC Nissan so I made the 26 mile drive to go look at it.
