My son was at ABC Nissan to charge his car. The car using the charger was at 100% and no one was around. He needed to use the charger to get home. He waited 10 minutes and when the owner of the car did not show he took a photo of the 100% charged on the screen and unplugged the car and plugged his in. was trying to buy a car off them on Facebook Market place and the seller was very rude . Isaac was his name . really bad experience with this person I see why they have horrible reviews . this guy is hurting their business.
1st visit: I took my vehicle to fet fixed and basically they were telling me I have a pos, in which the things they were to fix would cost me $50min-174.max, well of course they charged me $200, its a dealership, so I forgave them, HOWEVER, I had, (notice I say HAD) running lights through the dash and when I got my vehicle back, the running lights no longer could be plugged in because the plug was CUT OFF! I made an appointment with Alan Olmeida this past Sunday to see a specific car. I arrived with my husband and son and no one knew where the car was. He told me Saturday it was being detailed and now you do not know where a car is? That is ridiculous. I bought a certified pre owned car 3 weeks ago with under 10,000 miles for a good price. There were minor scratches that we knew ahead of time, but nothing we couldn't get fixed. However, our sales representative JP, told us that the tires were brand new & we took his word for it. But the tire on back passenger side, was losing air this week & I put air this past Saturday. Hello to everyone looking for a New Car: Please avoid at all cause never in my life has my family has ever been insulted and humiliated by the whole Nissan financing team. This place is deceitful for one thing. I went there with a friend and they play the old carousel game. You talk to one salesman five minutes later the other guy comes out they both talk to you then they leave then they come back and then one guy comes in And then you want a specific car and they show you to try to get you to see other cars, the guy said he had a good deal for us with rebates and incentives. if you work here with a high position, shake the hand of a potential customer and tell you will call them first thing in the morning and the customer waits the whole day the morning you were supposed to call them and you never called them at all shows what kind of place they're running. It only shows how much they only care and prioritize the ones who show up at the dealership. I really hope no one buys a car from this dealership or see how they really are. bad bad bad experience. I cannot start my car and my friends suggested me to go to like AutoZone to check the battery.
