Carlos is clueless during the sale you could tell he was new I was explaining features to him but that was whatever I knew what truck I wanted already anyways. But then I was promised to have my end of lease not be affected with the repair shop and that was not the case now these guys are no help they just keep saying they will call back but never do. Horrible place to purchase a vehicle. Rude, high pressure employees/sales people. They will not show you a vehicle or tell you a price until they take you inside and get all your info. No prices/info on vehicles. Caught them talking horribly about my brother and kids (they did not know I was with them while I was sitting in my truck waiting for them). Avoid this place
if I could give them a 0 star I would! The guy in finance was so awful in his job. make sure that you read the loan docs and have a copy in your hand when you leave. The people are shady and did us wrong! I am glad I came back to request a copy of the sales agreement. They added an extra insurance that we did not agree on. Sales people need to stop lying about inventory. Car we viewed online, was sold a few moments before we walked in? Sister dealership couldn't bring similar car? All lies. Having us sit and wait may work with some, but it was more of nuisance. Anyhow, glad we will not be doing business with them.
came here yesterday to buy a car. we came to an agreement as soon as we hit finance he tried to sell us gap. I told his ass NO 7 times. and he still added it. my contract was at 8 apr. when we noticed the amount financed was way more then we agreed. we called back they told us to come back in the am. well I'm here now and come to find out their emploeye took it upon himself to add the gap. after few words they took the gap off and added 5% to my APR. Highly recommended if you want unprofessional staff and to over pay for Nissans. Do not give them your key unless you are ready for them to hold you hostage while they go find your key from the "appraiser" 2024 Altima with 3700 in dealer options, unreal. abc nissan one of the worst dealerships in phoenix my dad just bought a 2020 rogue and the finance department took advantage of him on that deal with the greatest interest you can think of and also they did not fix what they said they were going to fix in the car we let it there for almost 2 weeks and did nothing with it. Also when we went to talk to them they were laughing at us and making jokes about me and my dad. I'm not going to recommend anyone here.
If I could give a zero, I would. Drove 50 miles after calling and speaking with a sales manager to confirm the car we wanted to see was in stock and confirmed the sale price. Got there and the car had already been sold to a sales person, but they would be willing to sell it to us for $11k more than was listed online. Bait and switch - total lack of integrity. Buyer beware. These folks are not honest.
