This dealership is the worst place to buy a new Nissan. False advertisement lawsuit should tell people all they need to know about this business. I call about a loaner because our 2022 nissan altima is having problems once again, you guys can't even look me up in your system by phone or name but your competition can find me. This dealership takes advantage of elderly people. Not only is it unethical, but just down right sickening. This is a long post but this must be addressed and the public should be warned about this. This place is the worse. First I was sold a car and it took 6 hours to drive off Soon as I leave the check engine light comes on on the car. Then the dealership claims my loan was denied from the bank and they offer to fefund my money I used as a down payment minus $300. I declined account of their math and insist all my money be refunded per the 10 day rule.They respond by towing the car and charging me $700 for the tow. I do not suggest this place to anyone.
Ridiculous charges just to look at the vehicle, hidden "shop charges" and denied coupons that were in date. Just say no to ABC Nissan if you value your time and money. I should have looked at the reviews first.
Very bad customer service. They don't know any information about what they are selling. Even the store manager is clueless. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. I don't usually do reviews but I had to do one for this dealership because I'm fed up with their run arounds and misguided information.
As an update, i contacted their sales team by calling the number below in their response and was not only told the same thing, but they wanted to charge me $5,000 more for the car, because the one I originally came in to order "was unavailable". Betty told me that she would need to take my information and have me do an application for credit EVEN THOUGH I WAS BRINGING IN MY OWN FINANCIAL INFORMATION. I have always went to Peoria Nissan but live right around the corner from ABC. I thought I would save some time and get my oil changed here. How different could it be? Well let me tell you. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this service department at all cost. Awful customer service and they took my just detailed clean car thru the car wash and delivered it back to me a total mess. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I went to ABC Nissan and bought two cars from them. I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue . I decided that the rogue was too big of a car for me and my two children, so I decided to trade that one in for a 2020 Nissan Altima. I took my Altima to the dealership to get some damage fixed on it . They told me it would in the shop for two weeks, it ended up being in the shop for six weeks and there was still some damage on it they didnt fix.
