i bought a new Nissan Pathfinder 2022 and at the sales they always ripp you off they raise the price that was on the sticker they sold me an insurance that I didn't want and told me if I didn't get it I would not qualify for the loan LIE then they gave me 3 free servises they did 2 then the 3rd one I had to pay $92 on top of that they wanted to do a bunch of services that the car don't need this people are not honest they also were going to rotate the tires didn't do it for the second time I marked the tires thats how I knew... read more

I am so disappointed. I used to love this dealership and I used to love Nissan. I told everyone to go here after I bought my car in 2014 from Betty- she was incredible. Since then it is a steady decline. After learning that prior to hitting 100k miles or 10 years, my transmission was failing, I brought my car in because Nissan built faulty transmissions, which I have been impacted by. First off I have to say, I did purchase a car from here and so far, the car has been what I wanted. However, I should have bought it somewhere else, I had just sucked 8 hours of my life at the dealership trying to get all of my paperwork together and didn't want to deal with it again and I needed a car that day. I would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and never ever ever do business this place. Absolute hell and the worst people you will probably ever encounter. Shady, shady, shady- they raised the prices on me three times and switched paperwork around so that now I am stuck paying 3x what the truck is worth with a interest rate that went up three times since the original signing. They also promised to do repairs on the truck that needed to be done before purchasing and every time I go in I am stuck waiting for hours... read more

I had front end replacement work done 6 weeks ago that included a bushing package, I spent 5k and my car sounds like a horse drawn carriage. I don't think the bushings were replaced and I feel like I got ripped off. This was the second round of inspections and repairs at ABC Nissan after I initially brought my car in. So, these new problems were not discovered in the initial inspection. This seems to me like being dragged along to siphon as much money out of me as possible. They had reached out to me for over a month about lowering my interest rate and payment. So I went in to see what they could do for me and my car. I let Ricky know I could only pay what I am currently paying which is $549 a month or lower. Every time he came back the price was becoming higher and his final offer was paying $299 every 2 weeks. I had to ask for my keys back three times before there final offer of a car with a monthly payment of $531. I have never felt so unsafe in a situation to where I didn't think they were... read more

So I tried calling number given after 37 minutes 2 hang-up's and being passed around and on hold 5 times I got the same treatment. A final hello and hang up. This place is a piece of work. Avoid them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was literally THE WORST car-buying experience I have EVER had. I walked in looking for a cheaper monthly payment or a nicer car at the same price, if at all possible. I was in the dealership for at least 4 hours that night, and settled on trading my 2022 Corolla Hybrid for a 2018 Nissan Rogue. The dealership offered to pay off my Corolla entirely, and said that I would likely be paying $550/month for it, and that they'd fix the problems. So my wife bought a car from these guys in 2019, nothing but trouble with it. Had to have the transmission replaced in October of 2020, which apparently comes with a 12 month or 12000 mile warranty... here we are almost exactly 2yrs later and 29000 miles and they're telling us we need a new transmission $5800.00 due to internal failure. First they tried to say it was because we failed to have it serviced at 30000 miles, but its only been 29000 since it was installed. Not even due for its first service.
