The crew was professional and compassionate for my aunt and sister in-law who traveled with our aunt. An hour into the trip our aunt was requesting to get out and the nurse was great with her and gave my sister in-law confidence of the transport and our goal to get our aunt from Maryland to Michigan.
The Medlink medical transport was a very positive experience for us after a devastating accident that had us in a medical center far from home. The Medlink staff was very helpful in explaining what to expect and how to get the trip scheduled moving our family member from a hospital in one state to a rehab facility in our home state. They did an amazing job communicating with the sending and receiving ends as well as making sure that we were kept abreast of all the details. I highly recommend this company.

Andrea, the driver/ paramedic, was very competent, which gave my client a lot of reassurance. Her partner was also calm and competent, but I did not get his name. They arrived on time, which was great, as the client was feeling anxious, and having the team come promptly made him feel like he was a priority. My wife and I want to compliment Michael and Desmond for providing truly professional service. They were very polite and obviously knew their business. Our only criticism is that for some oversight reason, a bed pan was not on the truck when it arrived in Worcester, MA. Happily, the rehab facility in Worcester kindly provided one which was a good thing since my wife did have a need to use it on her trip to Virginia

The only thing that I would have liked to have seen was notification that the resident arrived safely. The crew seemed very professional and caring and very prompt service. I would definitely recommend them!
The staff were prompt, considerate and very helpful. I was traveling with my bed ridden mother , a stroke victim, and father with Alzheimer's disease . All 3 of them were very good with my parents- and concerned with all our needs.My mother's physical and nutritional needs were taken seriously and met as needed. We were treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone needing long distance medical transport.
