All three of the crew went above and beyond to make sure this very traumatic event went as smoothly and painlessly as possible. We had two ER stops on the way, which put them behind schedule, and they never made us feel rushed, or uncomfortable. They all seemed to work well together. They were very caring, friendly, and handled themselves very professionally. I would not wish for anyone to have to go through this experience, but if they had to, I hope they could have these guys as their crew.
Dan and Don were so very kind and thoughtful in their care of my Mom during transport. Their sense of humor and genuine interest in her well being was very much appreciated.
On short notice ACC Medlink put together all details for a 1200 mile trip from AZ to WA. It happened without any flaws. It was wonderful working with such professionals (admin and transport crew) when we were frazzled and searching for an answer as to how to quickly transport elderly parents to their home state. I was very impressed!

Service and vehicle were excellent for transporting my sister from nursing home in west Illinois to nursing facility in central Ohio. Joel and Heidi were sensitive to needs of my sister and her best friend who traveled with her and made stops as needed. Staff who worked with me on phone to schedule on short notice were respectful and looked for ways to say "yes" instead of "no".
