ACC Medlink made this difficult transportation of my mother, an Alzheimer patient, smooth and seamless. They were highly professional from the beginning right through to the actual destination some 300 miles away. They were prompt with their price quote and then followed up a few days later. Everything was explained to me at each phase of the process. The crew arrived right on time and delivered my mother in good spirits. Thank you to all involved.

The crew was fantastic. The nurse coordinated everything with both facilities and was very attentive to my fathers comfort and needs. The drivers were very accommodating and even picked me up at the airport.
ACC Medlink transported my 91 yo mother and me from Chicago to San Luis Obispo CA (2000+ miles). They were on time to pick us up and on time for delivery 36 hours later. The two drivers drove straight through with stops as needed only for food, fuel, and facilities. The third crew member, the caregiver, was very capable, professional, and kind to my mother.
