Beyond 5 star. I called the toll free number at 1AM and they got back to me the following morning. They had a better price and could get there quicker , I just knew my wife was in great hands, she was , and we are so thankful.
From start to finish both crew members were incredibly caring, kind, professional and made us all feel safe and comfortable. outstanding experience from start to finish and requested same crew members for the return ride on Monday.
We needed to plan this transport in a very quick timeframe. I thought for sure that there was going to be a lot of paperwork and possible issues. Instead, this was one of the smoothest and best experiences we've had since my Dad got sick. We called, got a quote, and were out the door the very next day!
