From start to finish both crew members were incredibly caring, kind, professional and made us all feel safe and comfortable. outstanding experience from start to finish and requested same crew members for the return ride on Monday.
We needed to plan this transport in a very quick timeframe. I thought for sure that there was going to be a lot of paperwork and possible issues. Instead, this was one of the smoothest and best experiences we've had since my Dad got sick. We called, got a quote, and were out the door the very next day! ACC Medlink made this difficult transportation of my mother, an Alzheimer patient, smooth and seamless. They were highly professional from the beginning right through to the actual destination some 300 miles away. They were prompt with their price quote and then followed up a few days later.
