I needed to move my brother to an assisted living facility in the state where I live so he could be closer to our family. ACC Medlink was amazing in every way. Professional, courteous, and very caring. Our driver, Jason, and our RN, Janice were so kind and patient, and made the trip very comfortable for my brother. We are very thankful to Jason, Janice and ACC Medlink for making the move possible. Thank you so much!
We wanted the safest way to get my husband's elderly uncle from North Carolina to Ohio. Since he was fragile and had medical issues, we wanted to ensure that all medical needs could be met and addressed during the long drive. Jan was amazing! I could not have asked for better than Russ and Jan. They were outstanding!!!

Fully professional operation, and I appreciate the flexibility and rearrangements when medical conditions warranted a last-minute revision. Excellent vehicle. Wish it had been a little less expensive, but this is a top-notch team from the phones through the execution. Precisely on-time in arrival at beginning and end.
The coordinating and transportation staff was very professional and polite all the way through, we never had any concerns or worries with the care they were providing to our brother during the transportation. The drivers and the on-board nurse were great to work with and really provided a sense of care and comfort. I highly recommend their services and will share the feedback with others. Thanks, Alex

I cannot begin to praise Kim and Patrick enough. My 98 yr. old Mom suffered a broken femur when we were on vacation in CA. We needed her to be transferred to a rehab facility in St. George, UT which was close to our home in Mesquite, NV. Kim was so sweet, kind, caring and made Mom so comfortable during the long 6 hour trip. Patrick's driving was fantastic. He got us there with no problems at all. He did great driving us there.
