Service and vehicle were excellent for transporting my sister from nursing home in west Illinois to nursing facility in central Ohio. Joel and Heidi were sensitive to needs of my sister and her best friend who traveled with her and made stops as needed. Staff who worked with me on phone to schedule on short notice were respectful and looked for ways to say "yes" instead of "no".

ACC Medlink transported my father from Alabama to Massachusetts - a 20 hour ride. We were worried about his confusion and the difficulty of the trip given his mental state. We were dreading driving my father from Naples to Florida and probably would have left him in Naples if we didn't find ACC Medlink.
From the time we departed til we arrived, Joel and Jan were the most polite, professional, and courteous crew. Jan, our nurse, was most attentive to the needs of my mother and mine as well too. Joel was so nice too always make sure to offer his assistance as I would get in and out of the van. Snacks and drinks were offered on the van and our lunch was paid for too.
