We needed to get from Florida to Virginia with our Dad. We don't know what we would have done without the professionalism of your staff and company. We knew our Dad was in good hands and my Mom and I were treated just as well. Jan, Eric, and Mario could not have been better! 5 star service!
Prompt. Courteous. Everything was smooth and timely. The drivers were very professional and helped load up all my moms belongings. The ride was uneventful and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have more storage space or show pictures of the storage spaces prior to arrival so we know ho much we can pack. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew was professional and compassionate for my aunt and sister in-law who traveled with our aunt. An hour into the trip our aunt was requesting to get out and the nurse was great with her and gave my sister in-law confidence of the transport and our goal to get our aunt from Maryland to Michigan.
The Medlink medical transport was a very positive experience for us after a devastating accident that had us in a medical center far from home. The Medlink staff was very helpful in explaining what to expect and how to get the trip scheduled moving our family member from a hospital in one state to a rehab facility in our home state. They did an amazing job communicating with the sending and receiving ends as well as making sure that we were kept abreast of all the details. I highly recommend this company.
