Both the drivers and medic were extremely courteous of my parents. The large van caused some motion sickness for my Mom who was traveling with my Dad and they took care of her as well as my Dad. They were professional, respectful, and extremely kind during a difficult situation and a long 16 hour transport. Thank you for taking such good care of them!

Everyone from ACC Medlink was outstanding. The drivers and Kim wanted to make sure John and I were comfortable. It was a long ride but the crew was most helpful.

We needed to get from Florida to Virginia with our Dad. We don't know what we would have done without the professionalism of your staff and company. We knew our Dad was in good hands and my Mom and I were treated just as well. Jan, Eric, and Mario could not have been better! 5 star service!

Prompt. Courteous. Everything was smooth and timely. The drivers were very professional and helped load up all my moms belongings. The ride was uneventful and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have more storage space or show pictures of the storage spaces prior to arrival so we know ho much we can pack. I would highly recommend this company.

I was not on the van, my dad was. My experience with ACC Medlink was interacting with Jackie over the phone coordinating the transport. I could not have expected any more from anyone. Jackie was professional and terrific in all aspects. Thank you to ACC Medlink and there crew.

I really thankful your service to transport my 94 years old mom from Melbourne FL to San Diego CA . Your crew members are very professional and courteous. I don't know what to do without your help to bring mom back home. Thanks very much!!!
