Came in with a particular vehicle in mind. They had it on the lot. Glenn S. was our advisor. Super easy to work with, no pressure or tried to sell us anything else. Was approved quickly and all the finishing touches took about an hour. So definitely look him up if interested in a car.
This review is for the service department only. I brought my 2007 MDX here for an oil change and a few other services. The waiting room was full of snacks and beverages while you wait. The staff was friendly. My Service adviser was Cesar C. He did an excellent job explaining the different services items I needed to address on the vehicle. I frequently purchase items from Acura of Peoria online. One time there was a defective headlight, but I did not realize this until 1 year later when it was going to be installed. Tim from Acura of Peoria took care of me with the warranty process. I bought another headlight from them while the claim was being processed. While Honda/Acura of USA denied the warranty claim, Acura of Peoria refunded me the cost of the headlight from their own pocket.
