Got a good deal on a nice used car, with no hassle, and a great staff. Victor was great. I'd refer them if you're looking for new or used. 4 stars, just because buying a car is so involved, no matter where you go.

Incredible service, incredible staff, caring management! I buy all my cars here whether it is an Acura or a used car. The managers and sales people have always been very honest with me and helpful! I will also always service my car here. Acura of Peoria is not only the best Acura dealership in AZ but the best dealership as a whole. Steve Hoffman, is the best and I never had to worry he was always very honest and real! He treats everyone like they are apart of the Acura family
I worked with chris to purchase a vehicle. A few things pushed me away from buying it but chris was very transparent and he understood and was open to listening. I wouldnt mind coming back to purchase a vehicle if they had what i want!
I took my car in for service because I wanted to get a recall taken care of. They aren't close to my house so it's a bit of a pain to drop a car off. I went to pick up the car and found out they couldn't do the recall because they didn't have the parts. I let them know I was not pleased. They ended up not charging for the oil change, and offered to pick up the car when the parts came in. Kudos to them for making the best of a bad situation.
I love my Acura ILX. I never see one like mine ever. The day I bought my car Peoria Acura made me feel special and as unique as the A-SPEC edition I was buying. The service team has really stepped up post-Covid. I hope they continue to make everyone feel special and unique.
I used to go to Acura of Scottsdale, and I live in Scottsdale, but the staff at Acura Peoria have taken such great care of me, I drive out there for the great customer service. I also feel they were more willing to negotiate than the other location. I have a 2019 Acura MDX AWD currently This is my 4th Acura. I have had 2 from each dealership.
The best service all way they take care my MDX I'm so happy with that I be long with Acura from 2007 MDX to 2015 but I want to upgrade 2022
