We purchased a car and after the whole zaktak package that we didnt want but had no choice we moved on. The day after we purchased the car we noticed a crack in the windshield that had been attempted to be fixed. On day 6 the crack had spread. I went to purchase a used car that was advertised at a given sales price. After inspecting the car and driving it I made an offer. Come to find out that the real price would have to include over $2000 in "dealer services", none of which were anything I was interested in and some of which would have only been available in the future. I made what I'd call 80 percent of a deal with Patrick over the phone about my trade-in value, their vehicle's price, money down, and payment. The only thing remaining was to come in person so I could drive the truck and they could appraise mine. I was very clear and told them my maximum amount I was willing to spend. Patrick actually said on the phone that when I come in, they will give me more for my trade, but since it's based on photos, they have to play it safe. That was not the case. Can't do the basics, Acura of Peoria is a car lot that takes money. Anything outside of that, you are in trouble. Administratively they drop the ball,. We have a car we can't register, because they didn't do their part, we are working with lawyers to drop their car back off to them. We have our old car now in their possession for 6 months that we are now billed for their inability to claim title. Very disappointed in how Jenn Townsend handled the financial paperwork for my 19 year daughter who was buying a car for the first time. Refused to release the car to her saying she was not covered by insurance when insurance company submitted policy and daughter was listed as a driver. In all my years of purchasing a vehicle, never had someone in finance be such an uncooperative person and rude. They took my daughters $10,000 down payment and would t release the car. I will never recommend this location.
Worst place to get your acura parts from there. Quality of the parts made my issue with emission system worse because if the very poor quality. And the return policy is nit clear on the website, so there is no return unless you didn't open the product so how do you know it's bad quality and not working ? By magic plus you pay for the return cost. Good luck with the bad quality bad parts and bad customer service.
Terrible experience. I was called back by this location to schedule an appointment to look at a 2022 Acura MDX. I was then called two separate times in the span of two days to confirm my appointment. I then drove an hour and a half from queen creek to my appointment just for them to tell me that they already sold the car. I received no notice or reminder and then asked to be taken off of their call list, just to continue receiving calls from them. Terrible operations and customer service all around.
When I arrived at this dealership to exchange a part that I purchased from them online, I had a horrible interaction with one of the floor car salesmen. I brought the part in without them helping to open the door or greeting me. Instead I got a smart ass reply from the bald salesman who was Asian, he said "watch out for the display car, they are expensive." DECEPTION & LIES - I found a 2019 Acura RDX listed on Autotrader for $20,995. I contacted the dealership, made an appointment and drove 45 minutes to their location. I liked the car and the salesperson. HOWEVER....they refused to sell it to me for the advertised price. They INSISTED that I pay an additional $2,500 for something called Zaktek. My research indicates that this is spray on wax amounting to a BULL POOP dealer add on to wring more profit from it's customers and that other places only charge $500 for it. ... read more
