I'll keep this short and to the point. As far as servicing your cars, Acura of Peoria is superb. Very nice, helpful, and they take care of your vehicle. As far as some of their salesmen, they are sorry. I brought my mother who was a cash buyer to drive a vehicle, and she liked it. We walked so she could narrow down her decision on vehicles we had driven. In the end our final choices included the 2018 Honda Accord, 2018 Honda CRV, and the 2018 Acura RDX. Unfortunately they didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but the salesman did his best to attempt a dealer trade. A little tough to do since there are only 4 in the country. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts and honesty about the situation. I wholeheartedly recommend them to someone looking for a car and doesn't want to play games.
These ladies and gents should get awards. This place was packed when I took my TSX (when i owned one) in with some issues. Was easy and they were super understanding that I was on military travel and only had the one car/no rental option. They handed me some keys for a newer ILX and said they would call me when they had the diagnostic done. Didn't purchase a vehicle, but still five stars? How? Because the Internet Sales Department, specifically Ray and Andrew, were candid and attentive throughout our no-pressure experience. After the test drive of the specific vehicle we've been researching for the last week didn't add up to our full driving experience liking, we were still treated with phenomenal customer service and practical options. Ray and Andrew, thanks so much for restoring our faith in the car buying experience.
I'm revising this review from one star to four for the following reasons: The dealership took immediate ownership of the damage and promised to repair the steering wheel. They went beyond my expectations and replaced the entire steering wheel. Can't give 5 stars though, as I had to spend 3 hours of my time at the dealership and my previous visits were still not that great. I have read many negative reviews about this dealership. I am here to tell you that my experience for service was fantastic. I pulled up to the service department and was quickly greeted by Vince who set me up with Matthew in service. As he was entering my information into his computer we made small talk. Matthew asked me if I needed a loaner or if I was going to wait for my vehicle. We bought Accura MDX last weekend from Accura Peoria. It was an incredible experience. I want to specifically write my reviews about: Jorge Gomez (Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant): He helped us throughout the process and made it all so easy for us.
