I'm a big fan of this place. The staff is friendly and they always do everything they can to help you feel at home. I've never purchased a car here, but I've had my vehicle serviced here a number of times. I have worked with Vince, Cesar, David, and Matthew and they all treated me extremely well. Keep it up guys!
I have been working with Jorge GomeZ at Acura of Peoria for 8+ years and I would not go anywhere else. I am always very happy with the deals he is able to present to me and he is a huge asset for this dealership. THE BEST Acura in Arizona no doubt! They treat every customer with respect and the job gets done perfect and fast what more could you ask for? The customer service is outstanding! Every other Acura I have been with I have had issues with EXCEPT THIS ONE. This dealership will forever have my business because of their awesome employees!
I'm actually shocked at how many bad reviews are on here. I bought my car a little over 2 years ago from Phillip (no longer there) but John reached out to me to see how things were going which was nice when Phillip left. I continue to take my car for servicing to this location. They are pricier than other dealers or location for things like oil changes and what not but their customer service and vehicle services have always been great. Melanie in the service department has always been helpful and friendly also!
This review is specific to the service department. The sales team did a nice job when I purchased the car, but that was my only interaction with them to date. The service team, however, has been fantastic for each of my regular service jobs, even when I had a small problem with the vehicle. They are professional, very courteous, and I've never felt like anyone tried to take advantage of me. I'm very skeptical of automotive service departments, but the guys at Acura of Peoria earned my trust. Well done!
We purchased our 2015 Acura MDX Base, a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, from Sales and Leasing Consultant Chaz Spielvogel and Finance Manager Ray Garcia. Picked up a certified TLX a few weeks ago. Chazz was definitely on point and provided top notch customer service. Eugene was also on board to help get our deal closed. Overall a positive experience so far, if the service and maintenance remains solid moving forward, I will return in the future.
