I was in a pickle trying to find a part for a 14 Acura ILX hybrid.... Lance in the parts department took time out of his day to truly help me figure out the features on this vehicle . He was knowledgable , kind and went seriously out of his way to help me even though I wasn't looking to buy at that moment in time. Thanks lance :)

I contacted this dealership about an Integra Type S they claimed was in stock. After confirming its availability, I drove 1.5 hours to see the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told it wasn't on the lot. The salesperson claimed he "tried to call me," but I received no missed calls, voicemails, or texts. Instead, he immediately attempted to sell me a base model Integra with an automatic transmission--something I never expressed interest in. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to get me in the door. Do not go to this place. They lost the car for a price then upsell it to you when you arrive. No wonder they have a 2.5 rating. Run. Don't go here. I cannot recommend this dealership. While they initially treated me well, when the used vehicle I purchased had issues, they did not live up to their promise to help me fix the minor issues to make it right (which was literally promised to me by they sales person, including one of their lead salesmen - Steve Hoffman... do NOT believe anything this man tells you! The front desk help had an attitude problem with my simple questions about my service appointment. It was to put air in my tires and I ended up going to another Acura dealership because somehow the air in the my tires had to refilled two weeks after they supposedly refilled it here? I suggest Acura of Tempe for service appointments because they were nicer and since then my tires have been fine.

I called this dealership to ask a few simple questions about a vehicle I saw listed online. Unfortunately, the salesman I spoke with was incredibly rude and short with me right from the start. He acted like I was bothering him and rushed through the conversation without offering any real help. I had been seriously considering making a purchase, but after that call, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service matters--especially when you're spending thousands of dollars. I expected better.
