I needed a part (ABS Modulator) for my 09 Acura TSX. I found Acura of Peoria online, and they had great shipping options. I needed the part right away, so getting the part quickly and also acquiring confirmation was important. They responded to my inquiry and provided me info on the part availability and expected ship date. Upon shipping, I received confirmation and tracking number, and they were available to contact in case anything went wrong. I received my part quickly, and I am now driving with a repaired brake system.
John is an amazing person. He took the time to listen to what I was searching for in a car. He was patient, as I test drove many cars. He in fact encouraged it, so we got the right car. I have been to the service department twice for regular maintenance. When I am waiting for my car John told me to stop by and say hi. Great car buying experience. I will continue to encourage my friends and family to seek out Acura of Peoria and John .
So, car dealer are the most important deal you can make besides buying a house. Or getting married. Lol.. Some people don't do their homework on their purchase until after the sell. Then they complain if the sells personal (who is human) doesn't know the brand or features like they should. I've purchased 2 MDX's from Peoria Acura. Bought a 2012 Volvo xc60 a couple of months ago and my wife is loving it! Thank you Jessica for your immediate attention when we called on short notice from Prescott. Also it was fun going back and forth with Caleb and Paul. It was the first time I felt that I didn't get completely screwed by a dealership which was nice. Our battery went out a couple of days after purchase and they were quick to send me a check for a new battery. That was really appreciated. Good work guys and I would definitely recommend yall! Mike
I've been here a few times to get oil change for my car. However, today, the very first time, I got the best customer service. The person that helped me is Angelo "Angie" Demetres. He even walked out with me to show me where my car was after all. I just want to give him a shoutout if you guys need anything at Acura of Peoria.
Jordan in parts has been terrific in helping to keep my 21 year old NSX like new.
Darren Maus is an amazing professional. He is both willing to listen to his customers wants and pair them with the vehicle they need. He knows his product and is passionate about Acura. He has been at Acura of Peoria for many years and is a friend to all he works with. He also is willing to step in and help his coworkers, something you don't always see nowadays. Despite all the negative reviews, I have only communicated with the parts department. My review is based solely on Jordan and his colleagues in the parts department. There isn't much as an associate that you can do that is life-changing to the customer, and horrible customer service can easily damage any further business. Well after reading these reviews I was skeptical about the level of service I was going to receive. Although I have not taken my car in for service, I can say that the sales experience was very good. I have been dealing with many other dealerships including Acura of North Scottsdale, Audi North Scottsdale (all Penske), etc. and Sara was extremely quick to get back to me with my questions and keep things moving.
