I purchased a Lexus from this dealership. The salesman, Maiwand, helped us and with the contract that we signed, they were going to provide new floormats. It took them more than a month after the purchase to get our floormats. Once we went to finally pick them up, we didn't even get a chance to look at them as they shoved the mats in the trunk of our car. If one could do it on Yelp, 0 stars for sure! Probably the most untrustworthy dealership ever. From the General Manager on down, they are out to take as much advantage of you as possible during the sales process, and especially when working with the finance person. Please, please find any other dealership in the Phoenix Metro area from whom to buy your Acura! And tell your friends to go elsewhere too!
It started out great but now I have nothing good to say about this dealer and their service center. First, take my car in for a recall only to have it returned with a big chip on my door panel. Service manager claimed my car already had that there and refused to fix it. Took it up to customer relations director and she told me best they could do was paint the chip without sanding. UPDATE: FRONT AND REAR struts were completely blown out. Photos attached to prove it. In response to the dealer: The struts were NOT in working order when I received my car. First of all. The "service technician" is a "SALESMAN". He Did not even know Honda's/Acura's come with transmission dip sticks still. He told me it's a sealed transmission. ON A HONDA!? Honda doesn't do that B/S! Any "recommended" repair, take to another REAL mechanic and confirm it. They will lie and push early servicing on you that you won't need for another 2000+ miles! Remember. So this is kind of a long story of a very crafty ripoff from Acura of Peoria. I leased a new MDX two years ago and just turned my vehicle back in. It was a good SUV but there were things that service was never able to fix. The gas cap door never fit right, the engine idle would never work (unless AC was OFF) the text message service response never worked and the touch screen was awful and unreadable in the day. I purchased a 2020 MDX from Acura of Peoria 11 days ago. So far it has been nothing but a nightmare and has cost me greatly. Before visiting this dealership I was very clear on what I was trying to accomplish and the budget I desperately needed to stay within.
