About this business

Just like cars, car parts are not all the manufactured the same. And if you drive a luxury vehicle like an Acura, you'll want to make sure it provides maximum performance to ensure that it lasts as long as possible. Therefore, you will have to be selective about the parts that you put in your car. There are a few options available for car parts. One is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and the other is aftermarket parts.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Complete waste of time. They made an offer on my vehicle I was selling via the internet. They reached out to set an appointment and when I get there they don't even look at it and offer me almost $5k less than their original offer. Basically they were just trying to get me in to sell me a car under the guise of buying my car. Sleazy car dealer.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in last weekend and I met with Ben, I gave them all my financial information online before I went in (which I assume they did not run) I asked to test drive the vehicle and his response was "we don't want unnecessary miles on the vehicle" and when I asked for a quote he refused to give me one and was only concerned with how much money I was willing to put down. No quote, service wasn't friendly, I will never do business here. Complete waste of time and only care about your down pay... read more

Old-school sleazy car salesmen. AVOID! I went in to this dealership because the Sam's Club TrueCar program showed a used car for our son at $12k. The salesman told us $16K because they had added "paint protection" and also had lot damage and had to put a new bumper on the car (how is that my problem, I don't know.) But the worst part is that went he went back to "try to get a better deal", he changed out the paper he had brought the original $16K quote back on, making it look like it was originally $18K and he "dropped the p... read more

I was told that this car is not reliable, it will probably break down, it will probably need a transmission or a motor soon, wasn't worthy of a warranty, didn't come out good in the inspection and wasn't available for me to see since he couldn't get through to me with the dumb sales tactics of asking me what my budget was because the number one rule of car salesman is to get that number and encourage people to put it as a down payment so he tried to offer a car three times that amount. I tried to explain to him I wanted hone... read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ive been looking for a 2024 Acura RDX. I looked on the the internet, Peoria had the one I wanted. I contacted them, and spoke to a woman. She started asking me all kinds of questions, do I have a trade in, am I going to finance. I told her, I'd discuss those things only after we agree on a price. She was VERY aggressive. She asked what would I pay, told her to give me an out the door price and we'd go from there. She refused, and asked for my price . I gave her a low ball price. Then... read more

My family went yesterday to look at a 2016 Acura with almost 92,000 miles on it. Was a very nice car with the internet price $15,985.00. I expected to pay the sales tax and document fees. Then comes the bait/switch with Victor the salesman a total price out the door almost $22,000.00 for a suv with that high miles. They kept saying the extra fees of $6,015.00 included a "Club Plus" that I must take. I really think this should be illegal in Arizona for dealerships to add. The finance director was even worse saying I couldn't ... read more

If you look at the reviews from others, they are 100% accurate ! Sales and Finance Managers are deceitful! I did not move forward with my purchase! If your going to buy a car, do your homework! Sales tax is 5.6%, not +8% - this is what the finance manager was trying to cheat me on. If your going to pay for license and registration, call AZ Dept of vehicle. Get the VIN# of the car, they will give you what the REAL cost for license and registrations. This place was trying to cheat me $1,200 which the actual cost was only $13... read more

I will say I have been a loyal customer for years, not anymore. Dealing with their attitudes, cars are never clean after a wash and always left with spots. Not quick when they say an hour be ready to wait two or three. Also do not call about parts as they'll say they have them yet when you go get them they'll sell them to someone else. No accommodation ever even after having my car for six plus years so customer loyalty means nothing to this company. In my opinion go somewhere else because these guys just want your money.

We purchased a vehicle last month and put down a sizable cash down payment. In less than 24 hours I had a couple issues; a flat tire and a broken fan motor. After AAA filled my tire I brought it right back to the dealer (the tire issue was a broken valve stem). Although we purchased an extended warranty, I was informed the fan motor was not covered. I was pretty upset that they would not cover the fan motor as the purchase was less than 24 hours old with maybe 40 more miles on the vehicle since the purchase. I also overheard... read more
