Brought my 2017 Acura RDX in with a brake issue. I explained that I had replaced the rotors on the car twice and that was not the reason the brakes shook the wheel when braking. $185.00 later they came back that the 2 day old rotors were warped and wanted to do a complete brake job for $1500.00. Drove away upset and started reviewing the issue myself. Replaced the calipers and found that the left one was not functioning properly and replaced the front calipers and the problem went away. Avoid like the plague!! I had been communicating with this dealership for several weeks about purchasing a vehicle. Put money down on the car and set a date to pick it up. I called the salesman (Victor) a few days before pick up to ensure ALL papers were ready for me to sign. On the date of pick up, I drove my family over 400 miles and six hours. Went to the Peoria Acura dealership to purchase a Nissan Maxima we saw online today listed at $18,998. Everything was great until we got inside to start the paperwork and the salesman brought out a sheet that had a sales price of $23,998 for an added warranty, scotch-guard for the seats, zentek ceramic coating for the paint. We said we didn't want any of the extras and he said they had already been added to the vehicle so this was the additional charges. So why not list the vehicle for the actual sales price then? If I could give Acura of Peoria zero stars I would. I called and made an appointment to view a car and was texting the sales associates to confirm status as we were driving down from Prescott. Not only did we not get any notice that the car was sold, but the front desk sales associate told us he would call us back with the status and never called back. Huge waste of time. Don't trust Acura of Peoria, they don't respect their customers. You should take your business elsewhere!

Brought my MDX in for it's 1st oil change, they spilled oil on top of the engine, and left oily hand prints on the hood, door, and steering wheel of the car. I wrote a complaint to the Service Dept. and they have not replied yet. I guess Acura of Peoria does not care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction.

Caveat emptor. Took my vehicle in for a simple oil and filter change, dealer wanted -- insisted -- on doing over $4000 in repairs that didn't need doing, according to another Acura dealer who gave me that evaluation in writing, not knowing that Acura of Peoria (or another Acura dealer) had tried to defraud me. Embarrassing honestly. Pricing makes no sense and when we were asking questions. The manager got really upset and was disrespectful and rude when we were trying to understand the situation. They tried to bait and switch us with a warranty that was supposed to be built into the price. Never buy a car here!!! Update: they tried to ask if we were still in the market for a car what a joke

Jin Lee is the biggest fraud in the business. Should talk less and listen and think more. He talks so much BS and so fast he cant even remember what hes doing. Then his flunky Jared Templeton is just as incompetent as Jin. Had a deal set where they were supposed to contribute $2k to sale. Kept sending me purchase orders not showing that $2k and saying yes the down payment will come from them. when it came down to me being a cash buyer they were no longer wanted to do the promised contribution. Acura of Peoria, AZ This review would have been Zero stars if that was possible. I have been lucky in my time to buy cars from honest salesmen in well established dealerships. But then comes along my experience with Acura of Peoria and the manager Rob Cameron completely broke the trust I had in them.
