Just like cars, car parts are not all the manufactured the same. And if you drive a luxury vehicle like an Acura, you'll want to make sure it provides maximum performance to ensure that it lasts as long as possible. Therefore, you will have to be selective about the parts that you put in your car. There are a few options available for car parts. One is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and the other is aftermarket parts.

I went in to purchase a new integra. After working with Jose I thought this is an honest guy, so I decided to work a deal with them. I went in on Saturday to pick up my garage door opener that I left in my trade...after Jose confirmed he would put it away and I could pick it up the next day. Go in to pick it up and it's nowhere to be found. He said he was going to contact a manager to see if they put it away and get back to me. I haven't heard from him in 3 days. Every time I call the dealership they lie and says he's with ... read more
Worst customer service, no follow through, I dealt with Vince Handcock for assistance with the collision center. The dealership owns the collision center. No one has yet to call me back with requested information. I've called and left multiple messages. I strongly advise not to use either business if you want to be treated with respect.
Save a special place in hell for these dirt bags... I was ready to buy a used car at the advertised price of $9885 and was aware that there was a high $599 doc fee. I was ok with that. Then they tried to add on a $2500 "dealer added accessories" fee. WHAT A JOKE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! It is insane to me that there aren't laws to prevent dealers from using these predatory tactics. Shame shame shame on you, Acura of Peoria.
Over the last month i have placed three orders online for various parts i need for a Engine refresh. EVERY SINGLE ORDER has been missing a part. That requires me to call, have them tru to find the part "talk to the shipping guys" then eventually ship me a replacement part. All of this adds another business week to complete my order. First order was missing an intake manifold bolt. Ok, not a problem...it happens. Received the missing part the following week. Second order was missing a crank angle sensor o-ring. Its a tiny... read more
guys please don't buy a car from this dealership, dealing with them will be the worst thing that ll happen to you in your entire life time. I bought a car worth forty thousand dollars from them and i only get to drive it for 5hrs and the car messed up this same day and they are Not ready to take responsibility for it.
My fiancee purchased a used vehicle from Acura of Peoria ("AoP") - an auction purchased 2017 Chevy Malibu just one month ago. I have purchased several auction cars over the years and know the risks and rewards. I had hoped that AoP was about more than just "flipping" vehicles without concern for customer service or reasonable pre-sale inspection. The vehicle has a few issues that a customer service based dealership would address prior to selling. First, she immediately noticed small amounts of broken glass under the dr... read more
What a waste of time. I inquired about a 2020 Maxima they had. Set an appt for the same day to come look at and drive the car. I did not need to buy the car that day but would have it the price was right. I was clear what I wanted to spend and even informed them that I'm not looking for unrealistic discounts. The price they had was in line for the most part with comparable vehicles. I get there and the vehicle is in rough shape. I was still willing to negotiate a bit as this was just going to be a daily driver. I d... read more
I should have listened to all the 1 star ratings, these guys are shady and have no integrity. I talk to Francisco in sales and he tells me he'll sell me the car for 23K to get me on the lot, then the internet sales manager (Sean) is stupid enough to tell me that it's 23.7K, and Francisco just told you that to get you to the dealer. Now a day leter, Francisco comes back and tries to close the deal for $500 more than he originally told me the cost would be. RUN FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... read more
Warning. For used cars, the price online is NOT the real price. They will add reconditioning fees (in our case it was about 15%) They don't mention this on their website.
