Excellent scanners I have purchased about a dozen of these Brother scanners and I really like them. They are easy to configure and simple to use. They scan fast and accurately, both sides of the page simultaneously. The blank page detection and OCR have been practically flawless. Works Flawlessly! I've owned this scanner for about 9 months now. Very fast through usb connection. Wi-Fi slower, probably because I am just using a Verizon jetpack as a router.
Super Scanner! If you have a LOT of documents to scan, this is for you. The scanner's best feature is that it ZIPS through a pile of 2-sided documents *really quickly* with accurate results. The downside is the ridiculous brother software - if you have a mac, you need to download a few different files and that was a pain. But now that I've figured that out, I can zip through a stack of docs and electronically share with a remote team very quickly ... and wirelessly. Quick Silver Absolutely love this scanner!! It’s a life saver!! It’s quick and makes my job easier n worry free.
:) If power is lost and come back it will turn on. It cannot be disabled. But Brother has ECOLOGY menu. :) Ecology is stupid or stupid people think about ecology. This review will be updated. Update: There is option o automatic turn of after an hour or so. So, let say that I want to set auto turn off after 2 hours because power is lost and back. It means that during work days it is not good, it will be off every 2 hours. It is fine for weekend. But if set to turn auto off after 8 hours, it is good for work days, not for week... read more
