We love this thing! This scanner has become everyone's favorite device around the house. I have it configured with macros to auto upload scanned documents in various folders on our NAS, and we use it for statements, receipts, homework for the kids' schoolwork, and more. All functions happen with a few clicks on the local display without needing to sit at a computer... Fantastic! Everyone is happy with the ADS-2800W!
Absolutely fantastic for what I needed I am trying to go completely digital at the house and so I am scanning everything from pictures to documents, and this is worked out really, really well. No glitches, no jamming no issues whatsoever and produces great quality electronic documents

Worked really well-until it didn't. Tech support was poor This scanner worked so well for a year. Quick, accurate, great for large 2-sided documents, very small footprint and easy to use. Then one day the "back" side of documents during duplex scanning stopped being imaged. It was black on half the page, white on the other half. I assumed something was wrong with the back side camera. Tech support on the Brother website was terrible. They first provided a solution for vertical smudged lines on the scans due to dirty rollers.... read more

Save soooo much time! Without this scanner I would be lost. It speed and accuracy is amazing. The Wifi works great and I can use it anywhere in my office or home.
Great value and easy to use. Quiet. We don't' have to scan very large projects very often, but when we do, we needed a little large capacity scanner than the ones on everyone's desks. (Our ancient large copier/scanner quit scanning and we weren't buying a new one for $13,000.) This was a very easy set up. A real workhorse I bought this scanner three years ago and use it in my accounting/tax office. Being paperless, you can imagine the volume of scans I do. This scanner has performed flawlessly that whole time. If it breaks down, I;m getting another one just like it.
