I went in with a sore throat and chest pain and dehydration and they did not run one test. Their EKG machine was broken there was no x-ray tech on site. I paid a lot of money to have a nice conversation with a doctor that had no clue what he's doing.
I was diagnosed with strep and after being reinfected I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. How is this urgent care but can't answer a call after I tried 13 times? Update: visited office in person, they have the audacity to attempt to charge me for a new visit when the treatment they gave me didn't work. They told me I had 2 days to let them know but the antibiotics were a 10 day treatment. DO NOT GO HERE

I was seen by Nurse Practitioner- Courtney D'Ovidio yesterday at AfterOurs in Denver. I came in having trouble breathing as I've been an asthmatic my whole life. While I was there Courtney learned that I had taken multiple breathing machines at home and still had a tight chest. Before listening to my chest or even checking my oxygen levels she made up her mind that I needed to go to the emergency room. Do not go here. It is unorganized, unprofessional and somewhat dangerous. The medical assistants and providers are unknowledgeable and extremely lazy.

My wife had brought our son in to be seen after he cut his thumb open.. he was never seen by a doctor at all.. after a long time of waiting the guy at the desk suddenly decided to tell our son that they weren't able to help him just cuz of the glue that was on the thumb to keep it together so my son decided to walk out of the clinic -- there was only our son (without my wife there) n the other person in the lobby.. so if u need help it's best to go to an actual emergency room, not this place
