My daughter developed possible flu and covid symptoms. I called in advance to ask if they had COVID and flu tests available and was told yes. 40 minutes after I arrived and checked in they told me they don't have any flu tests. Went next door to Centura Health Southmoor Emergency Care and Urgent care and was triaged and got COVID and flu tests within 30 minutes.

Called twice in a row to try and get some questions answered, someone answered my call but did not acknowledge me and was just talking and gossiping in the background amongst themselves. Really unprofessional.

I went in with a sore throat and chest pain and dehydration and they did not run one test. Their EKG machine was broken there was no x-ray tech on site. I paid a lot of money to have a nice conversation with a doctor that had no clue what he's doing.

I was diagnosed with strep and after being reinfected I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. How is this urgent care but can't answer a call after I tried 13 times? Update: visited office in person, they have the audacity to attempt to charge me for a new visit when the treatment they gave me didn't work. They told me I had 2 days to let them know but the antibiotics were a 10 day treatment. DO NOT GO HERE

I was seen by Nurse Practitioner- Courtney D'Ovidio yesterday at AfterOurs in Denver. I came in having trouble breathing as I've been an asthmatic my whole life. While I was there Courtney learned that I had taken multiple breathing machines at home and still had a tight chest.
