Beyond thankful for the professional and educated women that took care of me. A practical and cautious office space, every person I talked to was beyond reassuring and supportive. As a nervous patient, they calmed and made me feel valued. They helped explain what was going on and what the solutions are. Thank you so much for working so hard to take care of others.

I was so impressed with this facility. I'm not sure what all of these reviews were talking about. We showed up at 10:58 and the Dr was literally walking out the door. Nurse Practitioner Melissa and Dodge took such great care of us and were kind and compassionate even though I'm sure they wanted to be home. Double ear infection so thankful they took a moment for us. Thank you again!!!

My daughter developed possible flu and covid symptoms. I called in advance to ask if they had COVID and flu tests available and was told yes. 40 minutes after I arrived and checked in they told me they don't have any flu tests. Went next door to Centura Health Southmoor Emergency Care and Urgent care and was triaged and got COVID and flu tests within 30 minutes.

I went in with a sore throat and chest pain and dehydration and they did not run one test. Their EKG machine was broken there was no x-ray tech on site. I paid a lot of money to have a nice conversation with a doctor that had no clue what he's doing.
