My wife had brought our son in to be seen after he cut his thumb open.. he was never seen by a doctor at all.. after a long time of waiting the guy at the desk suddenly decided to tell our son that they weren't able to help him just cuz of the glue that was on the thumb to keep it together so my son decided to walk out of the clinic -- there was only our son (without my wife there) n the other person in the lobby.. so if u need help it's best to go to an actual emergency room, not this place

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. My girlfriend left in tears and being made to feel stupid and foolish for going in for a quick procedure that they told her they could perform via phone, but then changed their minds. Message to the entire clinic, if you chose to work in healthcare you chose to work with people. So please either reconsider your attitudes or reconsider your career choice. Disgraceful establishment full of unprofessional workers leaving a stain on the healthcare field.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Don't waste your time or money unless you wanted to be treated and spoken "at" in a manner that only can be called rudeness, a flippant attitude and an inflection in his voice to shows total disrespect, lack of compassion for someone that is seeking treatment because they are I'll. Horrible place. Waited 1 1/2 hours for COVID test. They charged my insurance $247 for the test with. $40 co-pay from me. I did not allow any kind of examination, just the test. Total rip off.

Called ahead to make sure they had rapid tests and to get in line. They had rapid tests available and said they would let the clinic "know four people were on the way." Well when I got there they didn't know we were coming. We had 8 people ahead of us. Was told about 20 minutes per person. Well 3 1/2 hour later we finally got in. Rapid test was done on one person and a pcr test on another. We canceled the other appointments as soon as one person tested positive. Sign outside states that they have next day results on tests.
