I was VERY impressed with the AJF Inspection team, and specifically our inspector, Chris Jones. He drove up from N. Phoenix to Flagstaff to inspect the home we had under contract. They had excellent communication prior to the visit and an easy way to pay online for the services we selected. I am in the process of closing on a house in GoodYear and I was recommended AJF by my realtor. I was not able to make the inspection due to work but I was impressed by the thouroughness of their report and how quickly it came. Compared to the inspection I had done when I lived out of state, this report was complete the same day and with better pictures and descriptions of issue.
We live in CA and are purchasing a home in Goodyear, AZ. AJF was recommended by our realtor so we hired them for the home inspection. I cannot say enough about our inspector, Eric. He was extremely thorough, took pictures of every needed repair, even video of a noisy fan that was in need of repair. And we got the results the same day! We've been so impressed with this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
