We were so impressed with AJF Inspections. We had two separate inspections done on our new home. Claudie did the overall home inspection and was outstanding. Very thorough, professional and great at walking through his findings. We had a sewer inspection as well and the report, video and information have really been helpful. We would recommend (and already have) AJF to anyone purchasing a home.
I hate moving but, worse, I hate hiring inspectors who will, in turn, try to convince me to use their services. AJF gave me the "down and dirty" and let me decide my next steps. They don't provide the services to mediate a home's issues. The inspector that came out to check the sewer system to the city's system and the pipes beneath the slab in a home I'm hoping to purchase, was very knowledgeable and objective.
Ben came out to do an inspection on a home I was purchasing and did a phenomenal job. I have bought homes before & had inspections but this one by far was the most thorough I've had! I really feel confident in knowing what I'm getting... Thanks Ben :)
We had AJF do two inspections for us. They inspected a home for us and did a thorough job checking for termites, sewer problems and a general overall house inspection. We chose to rescind our offer on that home and we found another home and had AJF do an inspection on the second place. We were able to get an appointment right away and were very happy with the work that they did. Thanks!
We just went through a home inspection with Eric from AJF. Eric is very thorough, professional and easy to work with. At the end of the inspection he walked us through his report on his computer and answered our questions thoroughly and honestly. Eric is excellent at what he does and very thorough in explaining potential areas of concern. We would definitely recommend Eric and AJF for anyone who needs a thorough, professional home inspection
