We used AJF for an inspection in Scottsdale. We requested a home inspection as well as a sewer inspection and a termite report. The services provided were outstanding, thorough, and very detailed. A home purchase is very important decision, and you want to make your decisions based on the input from the best people around. The team at AJF is very experienced and dedicated. We thank them for their expertise and recommend them without hesitation.

Very responsive, we got an appointment the next day. The inspector came on time and did a thorough inspection inside & outside. Gave us a detailed review with pictures during the wrap up and answered all our questions.
I've used AJF Inspections twice now, most recently on a home I just bought. Both times they were incredibly thorough, making the process of understanding the homes' conditions very easy, and in the instance of the first time I used them, helping me avoid making a horrible purchase decision that would have set me back an additional $300k on repairs. Wonderful people who were on time, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. I was happy with their explanations and they were fair overall with the inspection of our home. We were able to repair the items we needed to based of the information we received which allowed us to get a much better return when we sold. Highly recommend them if you're a first timer!

Our AJF inspector, Claudie, was an integral piece of our home selling and buying experience. He was particularly thorough in both his process and plain-speaking explanation of findings. His work gave us confidence we were selling our home having addressed any potential issues. And then, his extra effort on the home we are purchasing identified any areas for the seller to remedy - here he told us the home was really in top shape, again giving us confidence in the transaction.
AJF did a good and thorough inspection of our home. I was very pleased how they conducted it and especially haw they communicated everything to us. Good job.
