AJF are not only professional, but highly responsive. They booked my inspection quickly, and the inspector was thorough (and explained things to me). I had followup inspections due to a mold problem, and the entire staff was good at communicating - and doing the test, including working with the laboratory for turn around of the results. Their written reports are detailed and thorough. I highly recommend AJF Inspections and will use them again myself.
We needed a home inspection just to keep ahead of any possible issues to come. I requested Sewer, Home and Termite inspections. Francisco processed the sewer inspection, he was very respectful and was punctual. His report was detailed and complete.
