Will never do business here. I was shopping for a Subaru STI, and they had one listed for a good price. It was a two hour drive to get there so I called up front and asked for the "out the door" price with all included fees, taxes, title, etc. A lady named Suzette gave me a price of $33,506 with all the breakdowns.. Once at the dealership, a gentleman named Marc Allen helped me. Jarrett was my service advisor. I brought it in because my tire was blown out. I decided to do an oil change while they had my vehicle and told them to swap the bad tire with the spare. In the mean time, I had asked him for a quote on tires. He then told me I had a recall so I thought I was eligible for a loaner. He said that if I were to get the work done (which were tires, alignment, oil change, and recall) that he’ll put me in a loaner for the day. So I have to purchase something for me to get a loaner?? Absolutely horrible experience. They were to deliver my car at 6pm at 6:`15 I called them and they forgot to call me to tell me they were not coming. Then they said they would come the next day, they did, but sent me the wrong car!! they then said they found the car i want and they would call me by 9:30am the following day to schedule a time to deliver my car, it is now 12:30 pm and still no call. Third strike. I'm done and will take my business elsewhere

The customer service at Al Hendrickson Toyota is consistently horrible. No common courtesy is ever extended by the service dept no one inspects cars to make sure repairs are completed. Twice I had to return for incomplete or sloppy unfinished repairs with no apology for my inconvenience. I will never purchase another Toyota if I have to buy one from this dealership. Truly terrible experience with this dealership. Not only were the employees I interacted with rude and unwelcoming, but the manager Demetri has a terrible attitude, no bedside manner and speaks to customers like he knows it all. I was almost willing to look past that, but the dealership REFUSED to allow us to purchase the car without a $2000 maintenance package added to the final price and before that, tried to sneakily add a $500 certification fee that was never mentioned over a three-day period of discussing prices. The professionalism and care of Sales Advisor, Marc Allen D. was superb. He cared for us as customers. He was friendly, easy to speak to and was able to get us the information on all aspects regarding the vehicle we wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Marc Allen. Unfortunately, the experience we had with both the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager was not as pleasant. The Pre-Owned Sales Department Manager, Joe D. almost killed the deal.
