Absolutely horrible experience. They were to deliver my car at 6pm at 6:`15 I called them and they forgot to call me to tell me they were not coming. Then they said they would come the next day, they did, but sent me the wrong car!! they then said they found the car i want and they would call me by 9:30am the following day to schedule a time to deliver my car, it is now 12:30 pm and still no call. Third strike. I'm done and will take my business elsewhere
The customer service at Al Hendrickson Toyota is consistently horrible. No common courtesy is ever extended by the service dept no one inspects cars to make sure repairs are completed. Twice I had to return for incomplete or sloppy unfinished repairs with no apology for my inconvenience. I will never purchase another Toyota if I have to buy one from this dealership. Truly terrible experience with this dealership. Not only were the employees I interacted with rude and unwelcoming, but the manager Demetri has a terrible attitude, no bedside manner and speaks to customers like he knows it all. I was almost willing to look past that, but the dealership REFUSED to allow us to purchase the car without a $2000 maintenance package added to the final price and before that, tried to sneakily add a $500 certification fee that was never mentioned over a three-day period of discussing prices. RecommendedThe professionalism and care of Sales Advisor, Marc Allen D. was superb. He cared for us as customers. He was friendly, easy to speak to and was able to get us the information on all aspects regarding the vehicle we wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Marc Allen. Unfortunately, the experience we had with both the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager was not as pleasant. The Pre-Owned Sales Department Manager, Joe D. almost killed the deal. Staff being very dishonest. I would take my business elsewhere.
Very bad experience, when to 3 sales person. Wanna buy the car on cash and the sales person’s always come with excuse. Got to the dealer and told me everything was ready, spend 3 more hours and run my credit without my authorization. Try to overcharged on sales taxes.
I bought a car at Al Hendrickson on 8/18/20. One owner vehicle, never crashed, 2017 & only 24k miles. On 8/20/20, 2 days later without even putting 15 miles on it. The brakes were squealing, they were worn out and the car under the carriage is making a weird noise when on idle with the AC on. My contract states that all parts are covered for 60 days after purchase but buyers beware. I was at service section for a recall and I have to way 3 hrs waiting for shuttle to go home. I never comeback to there anymore
This was my first visit to this dealership. Because I respect others time, I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled service appointment time. I was not greeted nor directed where to go by anyone at the service reception area. I walked around aimlessly until I was able to "corner' someone and ask how the service check-in process works.
