Worst customer service ever. It's really sad that the phone just ring off the hook and no one answers, no wonder wait times are so long! It's a shame I have to go back to this company for internet service.

So far I have called the customer help line 6 times this morning and no one has answered any phone! I have tried under internet and phone service…no answer. Did it escape everyone that a new potential customer calls because they don’t currently have INTERNET service?? The system is geared to internet interface Methane breathers!

We spent 164 minutes on hold waiting for tech support. when we finally got a person, after being transferred and waiting longer, their 'app' did not work so they could not help us. They asked us to call back. On a Friday. they are closed till Monday. We are ready to cancel all of our services.

I'm paying monthly for 50mbps Download speed (very quaint in comparison to the rest of the country) and rarely ever see it over 25-30mbps. In fact, I have NEVER seen my network speed over 45mbps. Should I even comment about the ridiculously crippling latency?? I also noticed that the only positive customer satisfaction ratings for ACS are generated by BOTS to boost its abysmal ratings...and it's still only 2 out of 5. Fix your horrible service.

Our internet service is horrendous. We are NOT getting the service we are paying for every month. I have tried to contact tech support and customer service with no luck. I wait on hold for an unacceptable amount of time only to have my call disconnected. Save yourself your precious time and money by choosing another internet provider. I would like to see the residents in the area band together to demand the service we are being promised and are paying for. I have been on hold now for over an hour. The first time I called today and was also put on hold and after an hour was disconnected. The level of customer service has drastically declines. My husband and I have been customers for over 25 plus years. We also have our business with them. I was looking forward to Fiber Optics, but if this is how they are going to treat existing long time customers I am going to have to rethink our decision.

So far on the phone with “business support” for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I have been transferred one time and have yet to even explain what my problem is. I was looking forward to fiber to the doorstep of my house but if their business support is this bad what does residential look like?!?!

I am now on hold for the third time (I’m sure it will be an hour or more before anyone answers). I’m not sure why I’m bothering because they simply tell me that they will pass the info onto the tech department and no actual appointment is made. I have had an ACS line down in my back yard for over three weeks. Someone finally got back to me almost two weeks ago and said they would remove it. It’s still there. This is a safety issue and totally unacceptable.

I have two businesses and a residential account. They failed to bill to our correct address (on the contract) sent us to collections with no notice, then shut off a different account stating “non-payment” after they received payment for YEARS with no late payments!!! The last NINE MONTHS I have talked to 5 reps and STILL NO HELP AND I’M PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EVERY MONTH!!!! I’m sick of this.
