They never told me they would stop my email account when I switched to fiwi instead of slow DSL , no one seems to be able to help.
for starters stop billing people for services they've not received. have a supervisor on hand to speak to people who can actually Fix a problem rather than gather information only.for 6 months you have been charging us for service in a home we don't even live in. and all the hours spent on hold??
Very disappointed after being loyal customers for landline the last 16+ years and internet when it first came out. Have opened an online ticket (over 2 months ago), called/waited hours on hold and emailed customer service to be told a tech support person would call me back to help us figure out why internet service is so slow and our landline cuts out intermittently. I don't recommend attempting to contact them. I don't recommend attempting to create an account online, because it is the most unnecessarily complicated process I've seen. They ask you to provide not only a verification code for your account, but some other code they don't bother providing (I know, because I tried all other passwords and/or codes they sent me). ACS has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting on hold for an hour I gave up and I set up service online instead. I scheduled my service day and made arrangements to be available ALL day for their installation. I then received an automated call confirming an installation date ten days later than what was scheduled. Their customer service has gone down the toilet since they were bought out by ATN. I scheduled a 2nd line of service almost 2 months ago with a Monday, 9/19/22 appointment. They called me three different times to confirm my appoint and what was to be done during this time frame including a call on Friday at 2:16pm to again confirm the appointment and what was being done. I had to take the entire day off because they can’t schedule a window so I had to be there the whole day from 8am to 4pm. Needless to say they never showed... read more
