Terminal hold to sort service issue Impossible to reach a human for anything! Poor service

1. I have never, EVER been on hold for anything less than 45 minutes to communicate with a real person. 2. Their reps cannot/will not go off script to answer the question you are asking rather than to give you the information that want you to have. And they won't let you talk to someone who can. 3. I waited literally an entire month for an appointment to have my internet installed and then their robot called me 2 days before the appointment to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Their internet is basic at best. Customer service is only working when you want to pay them money: be prepared to wait on hold for over an hour. Technical support takes weeks of playing phone tag to get a human to answer the phone. Canceling your plan is almost worse than trying to cure a bad case of disease.

Update! Still the worst internet company! Finally disconnected from this company and any future service. After a summer full of complaints and no internet/wifi service with no resolution from ACS and no help from their call center; we are still getting overbilled and charged for a service in which we did not receive. Wait times for customer service are abysmal. Unable to pay the automatic renewal and forgot your account number? Good luck getting your internet back for a couple days.

Paying so much for 💩 bad service from acs. Wish we had other options 😡🤬 on the phone for almost 2 hours- “your service is active”, no it is not….why would I be calling if I had service!!! And charged me for a month that we had no power phone or internet.
