The front office dropped the ball and communication was terrible because I was scheduled to move on 11/28/2023 and was advised I was the second move of the day. I called twice throughout the day and was advised they were coming then at 4:30 pm received a call no one was coming but they would make me a priority for next day. HORRIBLE!! they completely lied to me about the price. the movers showed up and kept asking for tips, broke and scuffed several items. very unprofessional. rude. customer service was rude. over charged me by 30% and the workers made me uncomfortable with how much they asked for a tip. Will never use again!!!

DO NOT GET ALL MY SONS MOVING. This was an absolutely awful experience and they could care less. After reading all of these reviews all of this is 100% true. They don't arrive in a timely manner (4 hours late for us), they are intentionally deceptive about the quote they give you, they take their time, could care less about your stuff, and are extremely unprofessional. Will never use this company again. Broke my headboard, chipped and scraped up my bedroom suite in several places, broke my shoe cabinet, scraped up my walls, scraped up the wooden railing going down the stairs on the inside of the house and all they gave me was 120.00 and I paid over 2000.00 to them to move me and now I have to buy a new bedroom suite after I paid almost 4000.00 for the one I have and it's not that old. This company is intentionally deceptive about costs of move when scheduling! We had a local move of an item out if storage and the costs of move outweighed the value of the item moved . The management and intake personnel deceptive about fees. I spoke with management at time of service and he was rude unprofessional and basically a .... . The absolute worse moving company. If you want quality movers and reasonable cost, I would recommend Two Men and a Truck. Wish there was a half star because this company does not deserve a star.

If you've ever wondered how it feels to be completely duped while in the throes of moving, then this is the company for you! They must have attended the 'Hidden Charges University' because every time you think you've got it all figured out, BAM! Another fee pops up. And just for good measure, they'll overcharge you for an hour, because why not? If you're looking to set your wallet on fire and drown in a sea of frustration, give them a call! For the love of God and your sanity, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They will take your deposit, confirm your moving date, confirm it again, then NOT SHOW UP! We had to call to find out that they weren't coming. Then had the unmitigated gall to give US an attitude and yell, "Well, we didn't expect our first move to have extra items and arrive late!" like that's somehow our problem. STAY AWAY!

All my sons is a scam and will tell the day of the move can't move you do to the smell of the place. Guess what that is why I am getting the hell out of the place due to a Pat tener who let the place go! So thanks you for telling me you can't do it when I took off work so I could get the hell out. This company, lax, compassion or professionalism, and I would not recommend them to anybody stay as far away from them as you possibly can.
