Where do i start, they showed up with less people than i originally contracted for. Because of that they charged me nearly $1200 more than we contracted for because it took longer for my move. The movers damaged the house i moved out of and the house i moved into. they put holes in the wall and ceiling, scraped up the walls and trim, and broke the blinds. I've already left a review but as a follow up i wish i could give them less than zero stars all of my furniture is even more scratched than I initially saw. I would never recommend them.

DON'T WALK....RUN from this company! WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! I work in a line of work that requires me to refer moving companies on a regular basis. You have my promise that I will do everything in my power to have people avoid this company at all costs. My move was supposed to be the 2nd move of the day. I headed to my old home around 10 a.m. to meet someone who was buying a piece of furniture. The absolute worst experience. Furniture was damaged during the move, then they took their time getting forms to file until time expired. Lousy. I will never use them again and will steer all my friends away.

The front office dropped the ball and communication was terrible because I was scheduled to move on 11/28/2023 and was advised I was the second move of the day. I called twice throughout the day and was advised they were coming then at 4:30 pm received a call no one was coming but they would make me a priority for next day. Lacked a sincere apology and they caused me to miss an extra day of work. Gave no concessions. However, Geran and his crew made the move smooth the next day. HORRIBLE!! they completely lied to me about the price. the movers showed up and kept asking for tips, broke and scuffed several items. very unprofessional. rude. customer service was rude. over charged me by 30% and the workers made me uncomfortable with how much they asked for a tip. Will never use again!!!

DO NOT GET ALL MY SONS MOVING. This was an absolutely awful experience and they could care less. After reading all of these reviews all of this is 100% true. They don't arrive in a timely manner (4 hours late for us), they are intentionally deceptive about the quote they give you, they take their time, could care less about your stuff, and are extremely unprofessional. Will never use this company again. Broke my headboard, chipped and scraped up my bedroom suite in several places, broke my shoe cabinet, scraped up my walls, scraped up the wooden railing going down the stairs on the inside of the house and all they gave me was 120.00 and I paid over 2000.00 to them to move me and now I have to buy a new bedroom suite after I paid almost 4000.00 for the one I have and it's not that old.
