I reserved this company a few weeks ago. When I asked about the fees that would be charged, the GM was exceptionally rude. He called to confirm my move which was scheduled in 2 days and grew increasingly agitated questions. Next stop better business bureau

Do not recommend! The movers were not able to move my 3 bedroom apartment in 4hours, now I have to move furniture down 3 flights of stairs while pregnant. They charged me $1200!!! I was charged for packing supplies that I didn't give them permission to use, I was charged $100+ for fuel when we moved 1 mile down the road! Two of my antique plates were broken, and left on the ground! Never use this company! I had 3 movers for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom. I was quoted $200 for 3 hours. It took them 8 hrs to move me. They were so slow, I will never use this company again.

The worst experience with this company, cancelled at the last minute because "the men were tired". How unprofessional is that. I promptly ask for my money back. Never trust your move to these plebes.

SCAM ALERT!! Stay far away from these people. They are a bunch of rip offs. They quote you one price over the phone and then they hold your furniture hostage before delivery if you question the exaggerated bill they try to give you with items and services they didn't even provide. They sent out 4 guys to move me out of a 3 bedroom apartment and half the time, the 4th guy was on the phone or smoking a cigarette. The crew showed up several hours late and worked very slowly after I emphasized the criticality of being punctual due to the move being into a high rise and thus requiring a specific time window due to a freight elevator and loading dock reservation. Still was charged astronomically for my cargo sitting on their truck while I tried to sort out the mess to get an alternative time on the dock/elevator. First off I had to give a star. they are t deserving of one start. Don't use this company they told me one quote over the phone and I ended up paying 1000 a total rip off. The movers were moving slow on purpose and they look like teens. I will NEVER use this company again. Georgia residents be ware.

There should be option for negative stars. I don't usually write in capital letters, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to move a brand new refrigerator from the lower level of my home to the second level (one flight of stairs). I was very clear with the phone operator that I needed strong, experienced men and if she didn't think they were capable of moving a refrigerator I didn't want to schedule. Will never use again. Dent in my wall at new home location. They left glass insert for my coffee table at old home. I had to drive and go get it. Wood on my loveseat is scratched and scraped up also. Left my dresser mirror sitting on the floor and left. They sent 3 guys and the one over the others asked if I would like to tip before they unloaded everything. I had no problem and tipped each guy 50.00 only to find out later the things I mentioned above. Not worth it. I don't recommend the Roswell location at all!
