My old roommate used this company when we were moving from our house 5 months ago. She had a wonderful experience so I called to schedule them to move me from one unit to another in my new apartment due to flooding. They were prompt in scheduling me and very helpful. I found out less than an hour later that I actually didn't have them come out because my complex said they would take care of it. WOW!. My roommate and I moved from South Austin up more north and had Mike and Danny move our stuff. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were timely and efficient. They brought all of our stuff down two flights of stairs in the 105° heat and up three flights in our new place. Our stuff was cared for very well and both places look like they were never even there. Could not recommend them enough! Will be using them in the future.

For my move I was given a fixed price. Prior to the quote I was on a video call where I walked through the entire house identifying all the items to be moved. The estimator considerably underestimated the time required to do the move. Despite this, AMS honored the original fixed price quote. I didn't have the experience described by other reviewers, The quote provided was honored. Ask for a video fixed price quote and show every item to be moved to avoid any misunderstanding. We had Jesus, Al, John, for our move from Houston to Austin. They did a great job! They took great care wrapping and making sure our items were protected.
I was really worried about using All My Sons once I found these reviews after I booked. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. My movers (Jeff and someone else whose name I can't remember) were efficient and I didn't have any issues with them. I didn't get the sense that they were waiting around or taking more time on purpose l. I did originally book my move and they called me with the wrong date, but were able to fix it quickly. This company did a great job with minimal hassles. We've moved a lot and typically handle the move ourselves but age is catching up to us. From the start, All My Sons was efficient, hardworking and professional. Derik took my order and gave me a quote using a video link for me to show each item of furniture. I do not usually write reviews, but I quickly did so this time. I understand we all experience things differently, but my experience with All My Sons was worthy of this review and many praises. I was able to make this move with Joseph Ibarra and his crew! From packing everything, and I mean everything, to an extra stop at a storage unit, then finally to my ultimate destination out of the city limits of Austin!
