All in all we had a pretty good experience with this company. A couple of minor glitches,** but otherwise smooth right thru the end of the day. We liked our crew a lot. They were efficient and very polite. Ask for Tony and Mike and you'll be well taken care of! **Glitches were; they got lost on the way to the storage unit due to wrong address given to them by the office, and one box fell off the hand truck which caused a fragile serving bowl to shatter.

These guys were great! The customer service woman named Amanda was kind, patient, and professional. One of the other guys also called back to confirm everything. Just to add this was during one of our first snow storms of the season, and they were able to accomodate my needs. Jerry, and his team were GREAT. Jerry explained everything to me and he knew every answer. The team of guys helped so much on one of the craziest days for me. Thank you all my sons, i'll be back for the next move!

Keith did an amazing job estimating the cost and timeframe for my move. He also showed up the day of the move to make sure everything went smooth. Which it absolutely did! Patrick, Eric, Joe and Devon did an awesome job of getting my things on the truck and getting my things into the storage unit. I really appreciated everything they did to get my move done AND under budget!!! I would definitely use All My Sons again!

I just had the best move of my life! It was so easy. I called the office, set up an appointment with Kurt for a quote, and had a great meeting with him. He was on time, very professional, and it doesn't hurt that he was good looking ;) Anyway, he called me later with a quote that was much lower than two other quotes I had had before. Confirming was simple and the move itself went exceptionally well. The guys finished so quickly that I ended up getting a partial refund after it was all said and done. So many negative reviews but I had a wonderful experience. They moved my pre-packed 1 BR apartment in the minimum time. They showed up on the early side of their time slot and got working immediately. My only complaint would be they tried to move so fast they dropped one bin of mine that was luckily not fragile. My movers were extremely polite and professional. They didn't stop moving it was so easy and quick. I would totally recommend them again.

My movers were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, yet I received a call at 7:59 AM informing me that the move has been canceled. I was informed that the cancellation was due to a driver not showing up. I had two customer service people call. The last person demonstrated a lack of empathy or care and put the responsibility on me to cancel or accept a schedule that could not work for me. I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT USE! Worst experience moving to date. Charged double for a tiny, one bedroom move. I did not commission other movers because of the promises made regarding experience and rate. After being haggled, I had to endure the discomfort of disgruntled movers and a combative, chauvinistic "customer service" representative. I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. Worst moving day ever..this company is so unprofessional..Sent 2 inexperienced kids who I think never moved anything before..didn't know up from down had too buy a new refrigerator that day..I knew it was gonna be a disaster when they first pulled up..hours late..and they tried too charge me hundreds more..didn't offer too fix refrigerator..just said that's unfortunate..and sent me a claim form..and tried too offer me 180..for a refrigerator that cost 1800...getting a lawyer..I'm furious

Absolutely awful. I have a special needs kiddo and when we hired them we asked to be scheduled as early as possible. They showed up at my house at 7pm! Arguing and yelling at eachother, cussing in the dark at my new house well past 10pm. Scruff marks on the walls and just awful- asking about tips as soon as they arrived. Stay far far away!
