I booked two moves with All My Sons this past July. The first move was to a storage facility, and two weeks later a move from the storage facility to our new home. The first move went ok- the second move was confirmed by Teresa at about 10:30 AM the day before for 7:30 AM. I received a second call from her at 4:30 PM CANCELLING MY MOVE FOR THE NEXT MORNING - she gave me a date 2 weeks later!!! They left me scrambling for a moving company for the next morning. I would stay away from this moving company. Two days before my move-in, I called the company for confirmation, and they told me my move will happen on the afternoon of July 29. My 21-floor apartment only has two elevators, so I booked one of the elevators in the afternoon. On July 29, without notifying me the day before, the movers just showed up at 8:00 AM. My experience with all my sons moving was so bad, I contracted 2 guys for a minimum of 2 hours at $179 per hour with time starting on arrival at 1:00 on my move date..I got a call after 1:00 telling me the crew that was coming was running late and it would be hours before they got there..they then offered me a 3 man crew for more money and told me it was take it or leave it..I had no choice so I accepted it and I was told they'd arrive in 15 minutes, 15 minutes turned in to an hour and a half..the 3 man crew consisted of 2 o... read more

Let me add to the chorus of people who are absolutely correct when they say this place is awful. The office gives a low ball price to get you to sign up and then charges you twice that amount or more. I feel ripped off. Simple local move. Avoid this place. Sam is the office staff member who promised a MUCH lower price than actually charged. The 2 men who moved us did a good job, my issue is with this company's sales practices

I need to be honest. Your movers were moody. They were not being careful with our boxes that clearly were marked fragile. In fact I opened two of the boxes and three of my glasses were broken. Two pieces of my furniture were marked from the move. I will never recommend All my sons to anyone.

Absolutely horrible I would not recommend them. They were careless, damaged my home and furniture and made a huge mess. Big zero stars

I had All my sons move me yesterday. Worst experience I've ever had they scratched my floors. They broke my marble tables. Also were interested in is me signing stuff paying them. They came to my house that I was selling to move me out. Didn't use anything on the floors drag stuff across my hardwood floors I had a very expensive piece that I had told them about. I just had the rudest experience on the phone with one of the men that works here. I was concerned they didn't service our area and he questioned why I would think that. He then quoted me for our move which I said I would think about it because I wanted to compare quotes, shop around and talk to my husband. the worst moving company, they moved me from Waterbury to southington, the guys damaged my new 70 inch fire place, the fire place was still in the plastic, I paid $489 for the fire place and you guys really have the nerves to be settling my claim for $81.70,on top of that you send three guys to move me, because you said they would take less time but indeed they took more time, I didn't hestitate to pay the $2300 to you guys so the least you can do is refund me for my brand new fire place, the guys who moved me they took the ... read more
