absolute crooks. I was qouted 209 per hour for a move that took a total of 3 hours. I paid a 100 dollar deposit weeks ahead of time. once they arrived at my house, my bill total was 1600 dollars!! they were charging me 700 dollars for travel time alone! point A to point B was no more than 30 minutes. If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Biggest bunch of crooks I have ever seen in my entire life!!!! DO NOT USE!!! BEWARE!!!! we were given an estimate of $1700 only to have that go up to $3200 when they arrived. I should have known they were unprofessional when the mover stated "It would be cheaper if I gave you my first 2 born children". That right there, I should have known better. Dishonorable. Low balls price and triples the cost. Comes without moving supplies and didnt finish the move. Management was unhelpful callous and rude Left me with large pieces they didnt want to move and dint give me any options so the job could be completed. He hung up the phone. Said he had no-one but earlier in the day he promised he would find a way. Leaving me at 7pm on a Friday with no-one to finish the move on the last day of my lease Charged for 5 men sent 4

Nothing but regrets after choosing this company. Movers rolling and throwing around carelessly my elderly mom's antiques- loved and passed down through generations, but not anymore....multiple pieces broken and damaged. The company never followed through or even returned our calls about their promise of repair or reimbursement after we filed our claim. So the furniture was not even useable (Dresser with 3 legs anyone?) , let alone of any value afterward. May karma and/or my grandmothers' ghosts find them all and return the f... read more

I WOULD NOT book with them. Pricing is misleading and they add miscellaneous costs and hope you won't catch it. The movers were pretty good. Al really knew what he was doing leading the crew. However, they try to charge you for the time the GPS says they arrived but not the time they actually start working. I was given a quote, and made a deposit. All My Sons just moved us this past Tuesday (11/30). 5 movers were supposed to show. 4 came. Upon arrival the movers told my wife they each receive 15%-20% tips of the total cost of the move. I did tell my AMS rep Gary about this and he apologized and advised to give them a more appropriate tip. Today (Friday, 12/3), I went to the house and found furniture and pictures which were supposed to be moved, left behind. The actual move was good. Communication with Sam and Mike , they were very rude. I was trying to reconcile my bill and it was a wasted conversation. The customer was wrong to them, I just wanted a total bill for the move minus credit for early finish. Simple accounting they didn't understand, I would not recommend this company especially because of the rudeness.

If you have time to waste this is your company. I spoke with Gary first time on a Wednesday and set an appointment for the following day at 4pm. On Thursday morning Gary texted me to verify the appointment and a couple hours late left a v/m which I returned and left a v/m, we spoke around noon and he brought up that if I wanted moving expenses to be cheaper to put my furniture on a tractor trailer and share expenses with other people who are moving also. The movers were very unprofessional. When they saw what they had to move, they began complaining that it was a lot of sh*t and one guy started complaining that his back was hurting before they even begun working. That same guy sat in the truck half the time which caused the move to take longer ! Milking the clock on MY dime.
