Moving is stressful enough but when management and systems are inconsistent and not streamlined, miscommunication and confusion is almost always a byproduct of horrible customer service. To the consumer: do not book this moving company and run, don't walk, away from this company. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company gave us the worst experience one could imagine with a moving company. First, the movers showed up at almost 2:00 in the afternoon and were very tired, even though I booked them almost a month in advance. Our experience with this company was terrible. They had an estimator review our items to be moved, gave us a quote, confirmed twice that they could move two heavy pieces. Then on the day of the move they showed up and said they can't move the two heavy pieces and most likely they were not going to move anything. We called management for an explanation and management was extremely rude, and gave a half hearted apology. Needless to say we sent them home, and now we have no movers. The owner is obnoxious. I thought they were different from all the other scam moving companies but they are the same. They quote a price then add $1200.00 when they are done! Did not know how to put furniture back together that they disassembled. Bad attitude when I called the owner because I had paid already. He didn't want to make it right. These moving companies have no accountability and bait and switch prices every time. The one I should have used is Marie's in Southbury. I hear they are honest.

This company is a bunch of lying scammers! Do not use this company!! They charged my 82 year old uncle twice of what was quoted showed up 7.5 hrs late!! Coerced my uncle to sign a forced contract before the delivery to his new address was complete!! And lets not forget they severely damaged his expensive Queen Mattress and mattress topper they did not take his step ladder of the truck, so basically stole it. Untrained and very slow movers. Damaged door, scratched wall. Did not remove shelving from bookshelves - everything was crashing and banging when they moved shelves. Piano was on their inventory - yet they came not equipped for moving the instrument, tried to get out bringing it into the new place (after removing it from old place); finally did it - 3 guys seemed to have a very hard time - one seemed to have health condition, I honestly felt very bad for him having to do it without proper equipment. App Rebecca B.'s Reviews 1.0 star rating I have moved many times being relocated by several moving companies. All did an amazing job, coming in packing drawers dismantling beds loading trucks. This time I did most of the work. I know how long it takes to move furniture, ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS one dresser, bed, boxspring , two recliners, small fireplace small table, small kitchen table & Four chairs , Ismall freezer should have been a cake right. Do not use this company under any circumstances unless you want to be lied to, scammed, and overcharged for mediocre work. I am only leaving this review because I have been blown off by the Stratford CT branch of All My Sons for the better part of the week so far after being told the manager, Amanda, is "in a meeting" at all times of the day almost every day this week.
