Horrible company I experienced theft,left items such as appliances etc. Broken tv damaged property and overcharging not to mention management is professional and refused to accommodate or find resolution will be filing a small claims against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Crew were nice, but the misquoted price and exorbitant charges ($800) to move a few pieces of furniture from one unit in my complex to another unit like 300 ft away left a bad taste in my mouth. Even worse is how they waited until my stuff was loaded on the truck to go to the next unit to tell me I was $800! Absolutely awful. Highway robbery at its finest. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for ripping so many people off. Never again.

THIS ARE THE WORST MOVERS I HAVE EVER HAD IN M LIFE. I ended up paying almost $2k for a move that was originally quoted for $1k MAX and the crew broke and lost several items. The crew was extremely inexperienced (they didn't know how to take my TV off my wall LOL). When I spoke to the sales person that was scheduling my move, they said it would take 5 hours maximum, and it took 10 HOURS! I will NEVER be using All My Sons ever again. Complete scammers! Bruce, can you hear me now?? You quoted me $1391.19 and then told me you wanted $2800.00 because it took you longer than you thought. Funny, I guess I should try that every time I quote a job to my customers if it takes longer than what I thought. Even your drivers told me not to pay that extra amount. How do you sleep at night? Good luck and I hope you learn better business practices or you'll be out of business.

Thought I would add another one star review. I called and got a quote to move a bed and a couch one mile from my apartment to a storage unit. I was given a price quote of 159 dollars for the move and 80 dollars for the storage units if chose them to store my stuff. I gave a deposit of 100 dollars and was satisfied. A few days before my move I got another call to confirm everything and was told now it would be a minimum 2 hours for a move (not abnormal or unreasonable as other movers do this) but I was disappointed. The My Sons Moving & Storage office at Hartford, CT set up my moving in the afternoon based on my request after paid the $100 deposit. In the quote there was no mention about the material cost and gas cost until I paid deposit. But the company mis-recorded my moving is in the afternoon and planed to semt crews in the morning. Later they transferred my appointment to their office at Stratford, CT. The three men who did the moving jobs have different level of skills. I WOULD NOT recommend. First of all, they charged us almost $800 for just moving some of our furnitures NOT even all our things. I wish we just booked with other company than booking them. Terrible experience! I've seen some places that will let you pay $400 and they're gonna move everything. I thought we're just gonna pay $200-$300 when they quoted us so I thought it would be cheaper but then price blowed up after the move and they asked us to pay $700+ .

Wow they hacked and deleted my review! They went inside my storage unit and stole my bonging and never made it right this was a few years ago! They even stole my father who passed away pictures in frame!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company, specifically the local branch in Stratford, CT. They put in a lot of effort to win your business, but once you sign a contract, their service is nothing short of awful. Here are a few issues I faced: 1) The movers arrived three hours late. 2) They quoted me one rate but billed me at a higher rate. 3) An additional person they sent to assist with the move was drunk and ended up damaging our furniture, even completely destroying some pieces.
